Pollock Fillets, Water, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Corn Starch, Yellow Corn Flour, Modified Palm Oil, Sugar, Baking Powder, Whey Powder (Milk), Soy Protein Isolate, Salt, Onion Powder, Spices
Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (218°C) for 15 minutes, flip, then cook 10 to 15 more minutes. Cook to an internal temperate of 160°F (72°C).
